Head of Product
Atria is building the future of performance creative intelligence. Our platform is trusted by high-growth consumer brands and ad agencies to identify what creative strategies actually drive performance on platforms like Meta and TikTok. Today, we help growth marketers—from performance strategists to media buyers—extract strategic insights from ad data. Tomorrow, we’ll generate the creatives themselves.
We’re building toward an agentic system—an “AI-powered creative strategist in a box”—that can identify what works, recommend what to test next, and generate the creatives to do it. Our long-term model will be deeply aligned with outcomes: the better our ideas perform, the more we earn.
We’re currently angel-funded, early-stage, and shipping fast. Our team is product-led and design-centric, and we’re looking for a Head of Product who can scale this foundation into a transformative business.
Role OverviewWe’re hiring our first product leader—someone who can define the strategy, lead execution, and shape the culture of product at Atria.
You’ll work directly with the CEO to decide what we build, why it matters, and how it drives value.
You’ll set the roadmap, define quality standards, and collaborate closely with design and engineering to bring features to life. No backlog management for the sake of it. This is about making the right decisions, not the most decisions.
Responsibilities- Define and evolve Atria’s product strategy alongside the CEO, with clarity around phases (insight extraction → automation → creative delivery).
- Own product prioritization: translate user needs, data patterns, and market dynamics into a focused roadmap.
- Lead product execution across design and engineering: write specs, pressure-test use cases, and uphold the design + UX bar.
- Build and formalize our early product development rituals (not heavy process—just what’s needed).
- Be the internal expert on our customers: creative strategists, media buyers, and growth marketers at fast-moving tech brands.
- Push our thinking on how AI can autonomously identify and produce high-performing ad ideas.
- Eventually, scale the product team and help hire PMs, researchers, and other builders.
- Have strong first-principles thinking—you don’t default to copying what others are doing.
- Are a deep, independent thinker with a high quality bar—you push others to raise theirs too.
- Have 6–10+ years in product roles, ideally with experience in analytics, AI, or B2B SaaS.
- Have worked in early-stage environments and enjoy the ambiguity, ownership, and speed.
- Are both strategic and executional—just as comfortable setting long-term direction as you are writing a spec or jumping into Figma.
- Have great taste, and care about product usability and clarity of insight.
- Think and communicate clearly—whether that’s through words, visuals, or structure.
- Challenge the CEO (and others) when necessary—not out of ego, but in pursuit of better outcomes.
- You’ll own the product direction of a company building the future of AI + marketing.
- You’ll work directly with a sharp founding team who values product quality and independent thinking.
- You’ll shape the team, the roadmap, and the culture from the ground up.
- You’ll be designing for a high-intent, high-LTV user—your work will directly impact revenue.
- You’ll help invent a new category of “agentic growth strategist” software, not just iterate on a dashboard.
- High Agency: See a gap, fill it.
- Radical Candor: Clear, kind feedback; zero politics.
- User Obsession: Every click should make creatives faster and smarter.
- Craft & Detail: We sweat the small stuff—because ad performance lives there.
- Salary: $100k – $150k USD + meaningful equity.
- Comprehensive health, dental, vision.
- Unlimited PTO with a genuine “take-time-off” culture.
- Work with and learn from world-class growth mentors: Gaurav Vohra (Growth Leader, Superhuman and former marketing leader at ClickUp
Atria’s mission thrives on diverse perspectives. We’re proud to be an equal-opportunity employer and welcome applicants of every background, identity, and life experience.
