Unsere Kunden, eine etablierte Immobiliendienstleisterin in der Stadt Olten, betreut über 1000 Mieteinheiten mit Schwerpunkt Wohnraum. Für den bestehenden Markt und Kundenkreis sucht sie ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine innovative, loyale, kundenorientierte, operative Persönlichkeit für eine temporär befristete Anstellung von rund 6 Monaten:
Ihre Aufgaben
- Operatives Bewirtschaften der Mietliegenschaften in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team
- Unterstützung von Mandaten
- Mitarbeiten bei der Weiterentwicklung des gesamten Bewirtschaftungszyklus
- Mitverantwortliche für die Eigentümer in rechtlichen und technischen Belangen
- Laufendes Optimieren der Prozesse und Mitarbeiten bei Klein- und Grossprojekten
Ihr Profil
- Technische oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung
- Weiterbildung als Immobilienbewirtschafter mit eidg. FA von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Bewirtschaftung von Mietliegenschaften
- Kompetentes und kundenorientiertes Auftreten mit sehr guten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten in mündlicher wie schriftlicher Sprache
- Lösungsorientierte und analytische Arbeitsweise mit Durchsetzungsvermögen und Organisationstalent
- Sehr gute MS-Office- und ERP-Kenntnisse
- Deutsch: muttersprachliches Niveau
