Requirements:
- This role follows a hybrid working model, requiring 2–3 days per week in the Cape Town office.
- 5+ years of professional experience in systems analysis, data analytics, or a related field
- Strong programming experience in Python, R, or similar languages
- Advanced SQL skills with experience in data manipulation and analysis
- Experience developing analytical models, performing exploratory data analysis, or predictive modelling
- Proven experience leading projects, mentoring junior analysts, or guiding cross-functional initiatives
- Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that influence business decisions
Nice to have:
- Experience working with large, complex enterprise datasets
- Exposure to data engineering concepts or building data pipelines
- Experience with visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Experience shaping analytics strategy or influencing senior stakeholders
- Experience improving analytics processes, governance, or standards
