- Du führst und entwickelst ein Filialteam von 15–25 Mitarbeiter:innen
- Du steuerst Umsatz, Warenverfügbarkeit und Warenpräsentation mit Blick auf unsere Kennzahlen
- Du rekrutierst neue Talente, motivierst dein Team und förderst individuelle Stärken
- Du arbeitest eng mit deiner Regionalleitung zusammen und treibst die Weiterentwicklung deiner Filiale voran
- Leidenschaft für den Handel
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung sowie mind. 1 Jahr Führungserfahrung (zB als Store Manager, Abteilungsleitung oder Teamleitung im Verkauf)
- Zuverlässige und motivierte Person mit Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Unternehmerisches und lösungsorientiertes Denken
- Flexible Einsatzbereitschaft (auch abends und an Samtagen)
Anzahl der Stunden/Woche: 38,5 (Vollzeit)
- Monatliches Bruttogehalt ab € 2.850,- (Vollzeitbasis) mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung
