Marketing Specialist
Endeavour Education & Migration Consultants is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities- Plan, develop, and implement advertising policies and marketing campaigns to support business and sales objectives.
- Advise management on effective advertising strategies and promotional campaigns to reach target markets and increase consumer awareness.
- Coordinate advertising campaign production, including artwork, copywriting, media content, digital marketing, and media placement within budget and time constraints.
- Analyze consumer behavior, purchasing patterns, and market preferences to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Interpret and forecast current and future market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct market research to assess demand, market characteristics, and emerging opportunities for existing and new services.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret statistical data and market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in developing and executing marketing objectives, policies, and programs that support business expansion.
- Commission and undertake market research projects to identify opportunities for new and existing services.
- Provide recommendations on marketing mix strategies, including pricing, promotion, advertising, sales initiatives, and distribution channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or market research roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and social media marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
