Technical Program Manager, Global Network Delivery _corporate_fare_ Google _place_ Singapore **Mid** Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area. _info_outline_ X Google will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require Google's sponsorship of a visa. **Minimum qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. + 2 years of experience in program management. + Experience with process improvement in the telecom or data center infrastructure space. **Preferred qualifications:** + 3 years of experience in large-scale project management. + Experience working in complex organizational settings (e.g., shared accountability, geographic dispersion, ambiguity, Program Management Office (PMO), etc.). + Experience in co-location and large-scale data center operation, network, electrical, industrial, mechanical, or other engineering. + Familiarity with data center, networking, or telecom. + Familiarity with supply chain and logistics concepts and knowledge of data networking architectures and physical network components. + Excellent quantitative, presentation, and problem-solving skills. **About the job** A problem isn't truly solved until it's solved for all. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. Customers in more than 200 countries and territories turn to Google Cloud as their trusted partner to enable growth and solve their most critical business problems. **Responsibilities** + Manage network infrastructure capacity delivery programs. + Solve technical issues involving network port capacity, physical cabling installation, network equipment capacity, project scheduling and logistics. + Bring technical experts together to communicate and help develop solutions. + Manage and nurture relationships between cross-functional teams, including external parties and vendors. + ?Identify process and communications breakdowns, while developing and driving solutions to remedy the issues. Manage process development and optimization initiatives. Create and maintain master schedules, Bill of Materials (BoMs) and related factors.
