VP Product (Series A - B2B SaaS)
VP Product / Chief Product Officer — Hong Kong or Singapore
Growth stage Series A B2B SaaS start up is looking for a hands on VP Product/CPO, reporting to the CEO, you will set the product direction for where the platform goes next. You will lead a lean product and design org.
The company sits at the intersection of marketing automation, sales enablement, and customer service — helping enterprise brands manage customer conversations and journeys at scale. The core product is established and commercially proven. The next chapter is about sharpening it and building toward an AI-native, agentic future.
What you'll own
You'll inherit a functioning product organisation and be expected to lead it - not just manage it. That means setting a clear roadmap, making hard prioritisation calls across a broad feature surface, and driving the transition from a feature-rich platform to a focused, AI-first product. You'll work closely with engineering, go-to-market, and leadership to define what gets built, in what order, and why.
What we're looking for
10+ years in product, with at least 5 in a senior leadership role. The strongest candidates will have built products used by marketing, sales, or customer service teams - think platforms in the vein of Braze, Klaviyo, Zendesk or similar. You understand how these buyers think, what they need, and how to build for them.
You're technically grounded enough to work credibly with engineering, commercially sharp enough to connect product decisions to revenue, and genuinely up to speed on where AI agents are heading — not just theoretically, but in terms of how to ship it.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required. The business operates across markets where both matter.
This is a hands-on role at a company still building and scaling its playbook. You'll have real influence over the product direction, but you'll also need to earn alignment across a fast-moving organisation. If you're looking for a polished machine to run, this isn't it. If you want to shape what a category-defining AI product looks like over the next three years, it's worth a conversation.
