Multimedia Specialist

ITAL Food Group is a leading Australian-owned manufacturer and supplier of biscuits andcakes, servicing retail, wholesale, private label and export markets. Due to continuedgrowth, we are seeking an experienced Multimedia Specialist to join our team in Campbellfield, Victoria.
Key Responsibilities
·Analyse user requirements and develop multimedia solutions to support the company'sdigital platforms and business objectives.
·Design, develop and maintain multimedia content including graphics, animations, videos,presentations and interactive digital media.
·Develop, implement and maintain website content and multimedia applications usingappropriate web technologies and development tools.
·Create and integrate visual, audio and video elements into websites, digital platforms andmultimedia applications.
·Collaborate with stakeholders to determine project requirements and develop engagingdigital content to promote the company's products and services.
·Design and produce multimedia materials for online marketing campaigns, social mediaplatforms, product promotions and corporate communications.
·Test, evaluate and troubleshoot multimedia applications, websites and digital content toensure functionality, performance and user satisfaction.
·Monitor website and digital platform performance and implement improvements whererequired.
·Maintain multimedia asset libraries, project documentation and digital content records.
·Research emerging multimedia technologies and industry trends to support innovationand continuous improvement.
·Ensure all multimedia content is consistent with company branding and communicationobjectives.
·Work collaboratively with management and other departments to deliver high-qualitymultimedia projects within required timeframes.
Skills and Experience
·Bachelor’s degree qualifications in Information Technology, Multimedia Development,Digital Media, Software Development or a related field.
·At least 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Multimedia Specialist or in a closely relatedrole.
·Demonstrated experience in multimedia design, digital content development and websitemanagement.
·Proficiency in multimedia development tools, graphic design software, video editingsoftware and web technologies.
·Experience creating and integrating graphics, animations, audio and video content acrossdigital platforms.
·Strong understanding of user experience principles and multimedia production processes.
·Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills.
·Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
