Ab sofort wird eine spannende Position im Raum St. Veit an der Glan vakant: Mitarbeiter:in Verkaufsinnendienst & Planung (m/w/d)(Industrie/Raum St. Veit an der Glan/Feldkirchen) Zur Verstärkung des Teams sucht unser Auftraggeber eine engagierte und erfahrene Persönlichkeit für den Verkaufsinnendienst und die Planung. Ihre Aufgaben
- Verantwortungsvolle Betreuung unserer Kunden von der Anfrage und Angebotslegung über die Auftragsabwicklung bis zur termingerechten Auslieferung sowie eigenständige Planung und Koordination der Produktionsaufträge in enger Abstimmung mit Produktion und Logistik
- Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten
- Erfassung, Bearbeitung und Überwachung von Kundenaufträgen
- Sicherstellung einer optimalen Produktionsauslastung und termingerechten Lieferfähigkeit
- Laufende Abstimmung mit Kunden, Produktion, Logistik und Vertrieb
- Pflege von Kunden-, Artikel- und Auftragsdaten im SAP System
- Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst, in der Auftragsabwicklung und/oder Produktionsplanung
- Erfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
- Ausgeprägtes Organisations- und Planungsvermögen
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Kundenorientierung sowie Kommunikationsstärke
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse, ERP-Erfahrung von Vorteil
- Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Hands-on-Mentalität
