Aufgrund unseres anhaltenden Erfolgs suchen wir ab sofort einen Head of Finance (all genders):
Aufgaben
- Leitung der Finanzabteilung
- Buchhaltung einschließlich der eigenständigen Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Sicherstellung und Kontrolle aller Compliance-Anforderungen sowie Unterstützung bei internen und externen Audits
- Erstellung regelmäßiger Berichte und Ad-hoc-Analysen auf Basis von Kosten- und Leistungskennzahlen (z. B. Soll-Ist-Analysen und Produktivitätsanalysen)
- Sicherstellung von stets aktuellem Fachwissen in den Bereichen Zahlungsverkehr, FinTech und Bankwesen
- Grenzüberschreitende Transaktionen innerhalb der EU
- Kapitalbeschaffung
Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über einen Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine andere einschlägige Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über eine mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer Führungsposition im Finanzsektor
- Du verfügst neben sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen auch über gute und anwendbare Englischkenntnisse
- Du bist mit dem Bank- oder FinTech-Sektor vertraut
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Steuergesetze
- Du hast Erfahrung mit gängigen ERP-Systemen
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team
