Restaurant Manager
Big Fella Eatzz is a growing dine-in restaurant known for serving hearty, flavour-packed meals including burgers, pizzas, chicken dishes, wraps, sides and family-friendly favourites. Big Fella Eatzz is now seeking a capable and motivated Restaurant Manager to join its team and support its daily restaurant operations.

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 (depending upon experience and skills)
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, organise and manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including dine-in, takeaway, delivery, online orders an catering orders
· Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to plan and review menu items, including burgers, pizzas, chicken meals, wraps, sides and meal deals.
· Monitor service quality to ensure meals are prepared consistently to restaurant standards.
· Arrange the purchasing of ingredients, packaging, beverages and other supplies while managing supplier relationships and cost control.
· Manage reservations, seating arrangements and make arrangements for functions
· Monitor stock levels, maintain inventory records and reduce wastage through effective stock rotation and ordering procedures.
· Maintain financial and operational records, including daily sales, supplier invoices, stock purchases, online transactions and promotional offers.
· Ensure the kitchen, dining area, food preparation areas and customer service areas comply with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.
· Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers, increase sales, and promote the restaurant's brand.
· Create and maintain schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels for each shift while managing labour costs effectively.
· Recruit, roster, train and supervise front-of-house employees and order handling staff to support efficient restaurant operations.
· Manage customer service standards by handling enquiries, feedback, complaints, special requests, pre-orders and catering enquiries professionally.
· Review customer feedback, sales trends and menu performance to improve service standards, control costs and support the restaurant’s growth.
Ideal candidate must have:
· Minimum Diploma degree in hospitality management, business, or relevant.
· Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager.
· At least 2 years of Australian work experience as a Restaurant Manager
· Leadership and strong communication skills
· Proficiency in managing challenging situations and adept problem-solving skills
· Ability to guide staff and maintain a productive team environment.
· Confident communication skills with a focus on positive customer experience.
· Practical approach to resolving issues and making daily operational decisions.
· Ability to assess business performance and manage costs efficiently.
· Knowledge of American cuisine
