Dans un environnement médical dédié au bien-être des résidents, vous serez responsable des soins de santé dans un établissement spécialisé.
- Assurer la prise en charge globale et personnalisée des résidents de l'établissement
- Superviser et administrer les traitements médicaux prescrits par les médecins
- Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe médicale et paramédicale pour assurer une continuité des soins
- Participer à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre des protocoles de soins
- Contribuer à l'évaluation des besoins en santé et à l'amélioration des pratiques professionnelles au sein de l'établissement
La proposition de notre client pour ce poste est la suivante :
- Contrat: CDI
- Salaire: 16 euros /heure Nous recherchons un(e) Infirmier(e) pour intégrer une MAS, avec une première expérience et un diplôme d'État d'infirmier requis.
- Excellentes compétences en soins infirmiers, adaptées aux environnements de soins spécialisés
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec différents professionnels de santé
- Sens développé de l'écoute et de l'empathie envers les résidents
- Rigueur et précision dans la réalisation des soins, en respectant les protocoles établis
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques pour la gestion des dossiers médicaux numériques
