MÉDECIN GÉNÉRALISTE/GÉRIATRE (F/H)
Les fonctions ou intitulés se déclinent au féminin comme au masculin. Sous la supervision du médecin chef de service, vous assurerez la prise en charge des patients arrivant par les soins non programmés (urgences et hôpitaux du GHT) ou programmés (en collaboration avec la médecine de ville), en respectant les recommandations et protocoles de la HAS et du service.
Vos missions seront de :
Prendre en charge les patients dans le service de médecine polyvalente.
Collaborer avec l'équipe médicale pour organiser les astreintes de manière autonome.
Mobiliser les ressources paramédicales et soignantes pour mettre en œuvre le projet de soins des patients sous votre responsabilité.
Participer aux missions transversales et aux commissions telles que le CLAN, CLUD, CLIN, CIRCUIT DES MÉDICAMENTS, SOINS PALLIATIFS, PLAIE ET CICATRISATION, etc.
Le poste, à temps plein (100%), est à pourvoir dès que possible.
Poste de PH, PHC ou Contrat motif 2 sous certaines conditions.
