Zur Verstärkung des Finanzbereichs suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die neben der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Verantwortung für die Buchhaltung auch die Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Systemen aktiv vorantreibt.
Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Finanzbuchhaltung und Teamlead
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines engagierten Accounting-Teams
- Termingerechte Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Fachliche Begleitung von Investitionsvorhaben und Bewertung buchhalterischer Fragestellungen im Anlagenbereich
- Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Finanzprozessen
- Aktive Rolle bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP S/4HANA
- Unterstützung der Bereichsleitung bei bilanziellen, steuerlichen und organisatorischen Themenstellungen
- Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfung, Steuerberatung und interne Schnittstellen
- Erstellung aussagekräftiger Analysen, Kennzahlen und Management-Reports
- Mitarbeit in unternehmensweiten Projekten mit finanzwirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt
Kaufmännischer Allrounder mit fundierter Spezialisierung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen und SAP-Erfahrung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Accounting bzw. Rechnungswesen im produzierenden Umfeld
- Idealerweise erfolgreich abgeschlossene Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung und Abschlusserstellung
- Praxis in SAP-Anwendungen; Erfahrungen mit SAP S/4HANA oder ERP-Einführungsprojekten sind von Vorteil
- Führungserfahrung oder ausgeprägtes Potenzial zur Übernahme einer Leitungsfunktion
- Analytische Denkweise, hohe Eigenverantwortung und Umsetzungsstärke
- Kommunikationsgeschick sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Unternehmensbereichen
- Interesse an Prozessverbesserungen und Digitalisierungsthemen

Gehalt
