Job Description
Client Marketing Support (70%)
- Support the preparation, formatting, and refinement of pitch books, marketing collateral and management presentations in line with corporate branding and style guidelines
- Ensuring alignment, spacing, font consistency, and updates to charts, tables, and development of infographics or icons
- Execute visual layouts based on provided instructions, templates, and reference materials
- Support project‑ or initiative‑related presentation and visual materials on an execution basis, as required
Intranet Support (20%)
- Upload and maintain approved content only on the intranet platform
- Conduct routine content verification and housekeeping checks (e.g. accuracy, completeness, broken links)
- Raise change requests or issues to the technical team where applicable
Other creative work assigned (10%)
- Projects or initiatives that may arise
Additional Requirements
