Functieomschrijving
Als inkoopassistent ondersteun je de Senior Buyer en de volledige inkoopafdeling. Je zorgt voor een vlotte administratie, nauwkeurige opvolging van assortimenten en promoties en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen leveranciers, winkels en interne teams.
Jouw takenpakket omvat onder andere:
• Beheren en up-to-date houden van het volledige artikelbestand
• Dagelijkse communicatie met leveranciers, winkels en interne teams
• Administratieve ondersteuning voor de Senior Buyer en de inkoopafdeling
• Opvolgen van folders, acties, promoties en commerciële initiatieven
• Ondersteunen bij SAP, kassasystemen en kwesties rond na-verkoop
• Voorbereiden van rapportages en documentatie
• Actief meedenken over verbeteringen in processen en systemenProfielWie ben jij?
Een communicatieve, nauwkeurige en analytische teamplayer met commercieel inzicht én oog voor detail. Wij zoeken kandidaten die zich herkennen in het volgende profiel:
• Je bent op zoek naar een vaste job als inkoopassistent in de regio Wommelgem
• Je hebt een Bachelor of Master, bij voorkeur in een bedrijfskundige richting
• Je beschikt over minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een administratieve of ondersteunende rol
• Ervaring in retail of een commerciële omgeving is een plus
• Je hebt sterke MS Office-vaardigheden, vooral in Excel; SAP-kennis is een meerwaarde
• Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Frans
• Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en bent analytisch sterk
