We are looking for multiple Disability Carers (Full-time Positions). If you are compassionate, committed, and ready to make a meaningful impact—this is the place for you.
Qualifications & Experience
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care) or equivalent AQF qualification (mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year experience in Disability Support (essential)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (mandatory)
- First Aid Certificate and CPR (desirable)
- Manual Handling training (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Support participants during daily routines and community activities
- Assist with personal care, mobility, and hygiene
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding where required
- Plan and support participation in social and recreational activities
- Light domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and reliable care
- Assist with transport and errands
- May include in-home or live-in support when required
