Voor het verkooppunt van Medi-Market in Boortmeerbeek zijn wij op zoek naar een dynamische en commerciële Shopmanager. In deze rol ben jij het gezicht van de winkel en draag je de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor het dagelijkse succes en de operationele werking van jouw verkooppunt.
Jouw takenpakket
Teammanagement: Je stuurt, motiveert en coacht een team van deskundigen (waaronder apothekers, schoonheidsspecialisten en adviseurs). Je zorgt voor een optimale planning en een fijne werksfeer.
Commercieel succes: Je analyseert de verkoopcijfers en KPI's, stuurt bij waar nodig en zet acties op om de commerciële doelstellingen te behalen.
Winkelbeheer: Je waakt over de algemene uitstraling van de winkel (merchandising), het voorraadbeheer en de strikte naleving van de interne procedures.
Klantvriendelijkheid: Samen met je team zorg je ervoor dat elke klant met een glimlach en het juiste, deskundige advies de winkel verlaat.ProfielJouw profiel
Je hebt reeds relevante ervaring als shopmanager, store manager of assistent-manager, bij voorkeur in de retail-, cosmetica- of paramedische sector.
Je bent een natuurlijke leider die mensen kan inspireren, ontwikkelen en verbinden.
Je bent resultaatgericht, organisatorisch sterk en commercieel ingesteld.
