Dans un environnement stimulant dédié aux soins de suite et réadaptation, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'accompagnement des patients
- Évaluer les besoins de rééducation et planifier des soins personnalisés avec l'équipe multidisciplinaire
- Fournir un soutien émotionnel aux patients et à leurs familles, tout en les éduquant sur la rééducation
- Suivre la progression des patients et ajuster les plans de soins en documentant les évolutions

- Diplôme d'État Infirmier(e) requis avec deux ans d'expérience en rééducation
- Compétence avérée dans l'évaluation et la planification de soins personnalisés
- Excellente aptitude à fournir un soutien émotionnel et éducatif aux patients
- Capacité à documenter et ajuster les plans de soins avec précision et attention
