Sous la responsabilité du chef de secteur /coordinatrice terrirotiale vous assurez les missions suivantes:
Stabilisation longue durée : Remplacements de 3 mois à 2 ans au sein d'un réseau de 50 crèches. Gestion d'une seule structure à la fois (équipe de ~14 ETP), secondé(e) par une EJE Relais
Pilotage global : Projet pédagogique, accueil individualisé (PAI), gestion administrative/budgétaire conforme aux exigences CAF, et développement des partenariats locaux.
Parcours d'intégration & Évolution : 1 mois complet de tuilage terrain et formation aux outils de gestion. Perspectives de mobilité interne, stabilisation en Rémunération & avantages :
Rémunération à partir de 2 681 € brut minimum/mois +1836€ prime en fin d'année versée en novembre et une autre 507C de prime CRM en juin versé. Équilibre préservé avec 28 jours de congés + 15 RTT par an, titres-restaurant (60 % employeur), prise en charge de 75 % des transports en commun, Forfait mobilité durable (300 €/an
envisagée, Vous devez être titulaire d'un Bac+3 et avoir au moins 2 mois d'expérience.

Titulaire du DE d'Infirmier(e) Puériculteur(trice) ou autre diplôme de la filière (IDE, Cadre de santé), vous justifiez impérativement d'une première expérience réussie en direction ou direction adjointe de crèche.
Votre adaptabilité, votre leadership et votre gestion des émotions sont indispensables pour piloter l'imprévu, désamorcer les tensions et remobiliser les équipes en redonnant du sens à leurs missions quotidiennes.
