Vous contribuez à faciliter l'accès aux soins et l'accompagnement social des personnes en précarité au sein de cet établissement
- Vous évaluez les besoins de santé, assurez les soins adaptés et orientez chaque personne vers les ressources pertinentes
- Vous coordonnez les parcours avec les partenaires sociaux et médicaux afin de garantir un accompagnement global et continu
- Vous participez au suivi administratif, à la prévention et à l'amélioration des dispositifs d'accès aux droits et aux soins

- Contrat: Intérim
- Durée: 12/jours
- Salaire: 20 euros/heure
- Remboursement 50% Navigo

Vous êtes un·e infirmier·ère diplômé·e d'État, engagé·e auprès des publics en situation de précarité - Vous détenez le Diplôme d'État d'infirmier et justifiez d'au moins deux ans d'expérience - Vous maîtrisez l'évaluation des besoins et l'orientation vers les dispositifs sociaux - Vous coordonnez efficacement les parcours avec les partenaires médico-sociaux et équipes administratives - Vous faites preuve d'écoute, de rigueur et de discrétion dans le respect du secret professionnel
