Vor- und Zubereitung eines täglich frischen und abwechslungsreichen Mittagsmenüs (Hauptspeisen, Beilagen, Salate, diverse Speisen wie z.B. Fingerfood)

Verarbeitung von regionalen und saisonalen Produkten

Pflege und Reinigung der Küchengeräte

Ausgabe der Mittagsmenüs

Selbstständiges Organisieren des Nachschubs der Mittagsmenüs für die Ausgabe

Warenwirtschaft, Inventur

Organisierung und Durchführung der Bestellungen

Erstellen von Mittagsmenüs

Innovatives und kreatives Kochen

Lagerkontrolle
-
HACCP-Kontrolle

Wareneingangskontrolle und Buchung
Anforderungsprofil

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Koch/Köchin mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung

Kenntnis über die einschlägigen Rechtsvorschriften, insbesondere der HACCP-Verordnung und Arbeitssicherheit

Selbstverständlich ist für uns Ihre gratis Verpflegung mit Frühstück und Mittagessen sowie Ihre eigene Dienstkleidung inkl. Reinigung
Für diese Position bieten wir Ihnen ein Mindestbruttogehalt ab EUR 3.046,44 pro Monat. Die tatsächliche Bezahlung ist von der jeweiligen Qualifikation bzw. Berufserfahrung abhängig.
