Mitarbeiterin / Mitarbeiter Technischer Dienst 80-100%
- Kontrolle, Überwachung und Instandhaltung der Anlagen und der Haustechnik
- Durchführung von erforderlichen Reparaturen und Renovationen an der Infrastruktur
- Diverse Unterhalts- und Reinigungs- und Umgebungsarbeiten
- Begleitung und Kontrolle der ausgeführten Arbeiten durch externe Firmen
- Verantwortung für die Abfallbewirtschaftung
- Aktive Unterstützung der internen und externen Anlässe
- Fahrten und Begleitung für unsere Gäste
- Umfassende/r Dienstleister/in für Gäste und das Team
- Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben
