Au sein d'un établissement pour personnes âgées, vous contribuez au bien-être et à l'accompagnement quotidien des résidents et résidentes - Vous assurez les soins d'hygiène, de confort et de prévention adaptés aux besoins de chaque personne - Vous accompagnez les résidents et résidentes dans les actes de la vie quotidienne en préservant leur autonomie - Vous transmettez les observations utiles à l'équipe soignante et participez au maintien d'un environnement sécurisé
Pour ce poste, vous profitez de :
- Contrat: Vacation
- Durée: 1/mois renouvelable
- Salaire: 1950 à 2400 euros/mois Vous êtes un aide-soignant ou une aide-soignante débutant·e, attentif·ve, bienveillant·e et rigoureux·se
- Vous détenez le Diplôme d'État d'Aide-Soignant ou une équivalence reconnue
- Vous assurez les soins d'hygiène et de confort avec discrétion
- Vous faites preuve d'écoute, de patience et d'empathie envers chaque résident·e
- Vous collaborez efficacement avec l'équipe soignante et appliquez les protocoles établis
