Vous serez amené(e) à jouer un rôle clé dans la gestion pharmaceutique au sein de l'établissement.
- Assurer la validation rigoureuse des traitements médicaux prescrits aux patients
- Coordonner avec l'équipe médicale pour optimiser la sécurité et l'efficacité des soins
- Superviser la gestion des stocks de médicaments, garantissant la disponibilité et la conformité réglementaire

- Expérience : Première expérience en milieu hospitalier ou équivalent requise
- Expertise : Compétence avérée en validation des traitements
- Diplôme : Diplôme d'État de Docteur en Pharmacie exigé
- Qualités : Grande rigueur et sens de l'organisation incontournables
