- Gesamtverantwortung für den technischen Bereich sowie Forschung & Entwicklung
- Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen in der Lüftungs- und Strömungstechnik
- Technische Leitung von Projekt- und Sonderlösungen abseits von Standardprodukten
- Mitgestaltung der technologischen Ausrichtung und Innovationsstrategie des Unternehmens
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung, Projektteams und externen Partnern
- Möglichkeit zum Aufbau und zur Weiterentwicklung eines eigenen Technik- bzw. F&E-Teams
- Abgeschlossene Technische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Gebäudetechnik HKLS / Anlagenbau
- Mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung in einer technischen Führungs-, Entwicklungs- oder Projektfunktion im Bereich Lüftungs- und Strömungstechnik
- Ausgeprägter Innovationsgeist, technische Kreativität und Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung neuer Lösungen
- Ausgeprägte Planungs- und Organisationskompetenz sowie Leadership-Mentalität
- Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität und Gestaltungswillen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie kommunikationsfähige Englisch-Kenntnisse
In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position erwartet Sie ein abwechslungsreiches Aufgabenspektrum mit kreativem Gestaltungsspielraum. Neben einem kollegialen Umfeld und einer langfristigen Perspektive wird Ihnen ein Jahresbruttogehalt ab EUR 110.000,- plus Firmenwagen geboten – mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung abhängig von Erfahrung und Qualifikation.
