NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute (DLI) enables developers to build practical, real-world skills across Agentic AI, Physical/Industrial AI, and AI Factories through diverse hands-on training and industry-recognized certification, driving the growth of a global AI-ready workforce and accelerating AI adoption across industries.

We are seeking a Training Advisor who has deep technical expertise in China to engage and scale the emerging agent-native developer community. In this role, you will bridge fast-evolving technical trends and developer needs with NVIDIA training and certification programs, empowering developers of all experience levels to innovate and succeed in the age of AI.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Monitor technology trends and market feedback in China, and translate insights into localized training priorities and action plans.

  • Embed learning paths and content into developer-centric technical platforms and communities to expand the adoption of NVIDIA training and certification naturally.

  • Integrate training into developer-focused field activities, in collaboration with field teams across marketing, technical, and business, as well as partners, to support developer ecosystem growth as a strategic enabler.

  • Develop and deliver tailored presentations, demos, and enablement sessions that communicate the know-how and value offered through NVIDIA training to target audiences.

  • Identify local content gaps and lead content development projects end-to-end, including requirements definition, collaborator alignment, project management, launch readiness, and adoption support.

  • Track, measure, and report impact against defined success metrics.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in AI, Computer Science, Software, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong familiarity with NVIDIA products, platforms, and developer ecosystem, and skill in aligning relevant technologies and learning paths to developer and ecosystem needs.

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as technical training, solutions consulting, technical enablement, ecosystem engagement, pre-sales, or developer programs.

  • Solid understanding of Agentic AI and Physical AI technologies and ecosystems, demonstrating skill in explaining technical concepts clearly to varied audiences.

  • Experience managing projects across multi-functional groups, showing skill in handling multiple concurrent projects and delivering results.

  • Highly motivated, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environments.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Validated hands-on experience building real-world Agentic AI and/or Physical AI applications and enabling developer communities.

  • Experience delivering technical talks and presentations at large-scale events.

  • Strong multi-functional collaboration across globally distributed teams.

  • Demonstrate experience to continue learning new skills and growing capabilities as ventures into new markets.
