In this role you will:
- Lead the design, development and lifecycle management of innovative customer solutions and propositions for AMP Wealth Management
- Drive cashflow, revenue growth and customer adoption through new and existing products and partnerships.
- Build and lead a high-performing team while managing strategic partnerships across AMP's ecosystem.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has extensive experience in product, proposition and/or solution development within financial services or other retail-customer focused industries, with a strong customer-centric mindset.
- Brings proven commercial acumen and a track record of delivering revenue growth, strategic partnerships and successful product outcomes.
- Is an inspiring leader who can influence across functions, build high-performing teams and execute at pace in a dynamic environment.
