Beauty Therapist
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Beauty Therapist to join our team at Brow and Lash Queen Pty Ltd T/A Brow and Lash Queen, located at 591 Hampton St, Hampton VIC 3188. Known for delivering high-quality beauty treatments, personalised client care, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism.
Key Duties and Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Discussing client needs, analysing skin characteristics and advising on suitable skin care and treatments
- Performing facial treatments such as massages
- Treating unwanted hair through threading, waxing, staining, tinting and sculpting
- Performing advanced brow and lash treatments, including eyelash lifts, eyelash extensions, brow lamination and tinting to enhance natural lashes
- Evaluating beauty therapy processes and products
- Receiving bookings, arranging appointments and maintaining client records
- Providing advice on and selling cosmetic products
Skills and Experience:
- 1–2 years of demonstrated experience delivering professional beauty therapy services
- Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare, and product ranges
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional presentation and a positive, client-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
