Poste à pourvoir dès que possible
Salaire selon profil et prétentions
Missions :
Commande, gestion du médicament et des dispositifs médicaux.
Gestion des dérivés sanguins (commandes, traçabilité, facturation, dotations services)
Gestion des stupéfiants (commandes, traçabilité, facturation, dotations services)
Respect du CAQES : Participation à l'analyse pharmaco-thérapeutique des prescriptions
Participation à la rédaction des documents qualité et procédures
Encadrer et former les préparateurs, agents de stérilisation
Supervision de l'équipe et du process de la stérilisation
Supervision de l'activité pharmaceutique de chimiothérapie (15000 poches/an) Profil :
Pharmacien répondant aux exigences du décret de Janvier 2015 concernant les conditions d'exercice en PUI (h/f).
Sens de la responsabilité et de l'organisation, rigueur et force de proposition seront un plus dans ce poste
Travail en équipe avec 1 pharmacien gérant, 7 préparateurs et 6 agents de stérilisation.
S'impliquer dans la gestion médico-économique.
