INFIRMIER DE EN RÉANIMATION (F/H)

Vous aurez l'opportunité d'assurer une surveillance continue et un monitorage avancé au sein de notre établissement de santé dynamique et innovant - Effectuer l'analyse en temps réel des paramètres vitaux à l'aide de la technologie de pointe - Réaliser des prélèvements sanguins fréquents et ajuster les traitements selon les protocoles médicaux - Gérer les processus de suppléance d'organes comme la ventilation mécanique, le support hémodynamique et l'épuration extrarénale - Fournir des soins d'hygiène, de confort et œuvrer à la sécurité des patients sous ventilation - Offrir un accompagnement humain en apportant un soutien psychologique aux familles et en communiquant avec le patient.

Laissez-vous séduire par des avantages irrésistibles : Nous recherchons un(e) Infirmier(ère) de (F/H) expérimenté(e) pour une prise en charge de haute technicité et un accompagnement humain.
- Maîtrise de la surveillance continue avec analyse en temps réel des scopes (ECG, pression artérielle, capnographie)
- Expérience confirmée en gestion des suppléances d'organes incluant la ventilation mécanique et la dialyse continue
- Compétences en soins de nursing complexes et prévention du risque infectieux majeur chez les patients intubés
- Excellente capacité d'adaptation psychologique et communicationnelle, même avec des patients sédatés
- Diplôme d'État d'Infirmier(ère) requis, avec minimum 4 ans d'expérience dans un établissement de soins intensifs
