INFIRMIER DE (F/H)

En qualité de professionnel(le) de santé, vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans la prise en charge globale des résidents d'un établissement pour personnes âgées.
- Recueillir et analyser les données cliniques des résidents pour évaluer leur état de santé
- Réaliser et surveiller les soins infirmiers, y compris les soins techniques prescrits
- Établir une communication adaptée avec les résidents et leurs familles pour assurer une bonne compréhension des soins
- Gérer les produits médicaux et veiller à la mise en œuvre des procédures pour la prévention des infections
- Mettre à jour les dossiers patients informatisés pour garantir la continuité des soins
Voici les conditions proposées pour ce poste :
- Contrat: CDI
- Salaire: 15 euros /heure Nous recherchons un(e) Infirmier(ère) en EHPAD, dévoué(e) et compétent(e), pour assurer des soins de qualité aux résidents.
- Diplôme d'État d'Infirmier(ère) requis pour exercer ce poste
- Excellente capacité à recueillir et analyser les données cliniques
- Aptitude à établir une communication bienveillante et adaptée avec les résidents et leurs familles
- Compétences techniques pour réaliser et contrôler les soins prescrits et spécifiques
- Coordination efficace des interventions avec l'équipe pluridisciplinaire et encadrement des aides-soignants
