- Assurer l'accueil, la sécurité et les soins quotidiens des enfants dans le respect des protocoles établis
- Contribuer activement aux activités éducatives et d'éveil adaptées à chaque tranche d'âge
- Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe pluridisciplinaire pour soutenir le développement harmonieux des enfants

- Sens aigu de l'organisation et gestion efficace du temps
- Empathie et patience pour le soin des enfants en bas âge
