En collaboration avec une équipe bien définie (AS, IDE, psychologues, médecin..), vos missions seront :
– Gérer l'activité soignante et mettre en œuvre les orientations du projet d'établissement : organisation du travail, coordination et planification de l'activité.
– Être le garant de la permanence et de la qualité des soins et veiller au suivi des protocoles et à l'application des prescriptions.
– Déterminer les besoins en matériel et passer les commandes après validation de la Direction.
– Maîtriser la qualité de l'accompagnement des résidents et assurer l'évaluation des professionnels placés sous votre autorité hiérarchique.
– Vous assurez de l'application des droits du résidents et de sa famille.
Rémunération : Dépendant de l'expérience, entre 32 et 45 K€ bruts (astreintes comprises) !

Vous êtes titulaire d'un DU Infirmier référent et coordinateur EHPAD / SSIAD, Titulaire d'un diplôme de cadre de santé ou ancien IDE (f/h) dans le sanitaire ou le médico-social avec expérience en management.
Tout en travaillant en équipe, vous êtes autonome, responsable et doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel.
