Ansprechpartner*in für definierte Unternehmensbereiche in operativen Personalthemen
Betreuung und Beratung von Mitarbeiter*innen und Führungskräften entlang des gesamten Employee Life Cycles
Eigenständige Durchführung von Recruiting-Prozessen – von der Ausschreibung bis zum erfolgreichen Onboarding
Erstellung und Abwicklung personalrelevanter Dokumente und Vereinbarungen
Mitarbeit bei HR-Projekten und organisationsweiten Veränderungsinitiativen
Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von HR-Prozessen und Standards
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Personalentwicklung sowie Lohnverrechnung und Zeiterfassung

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Personal, Recht, BWL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Beratungskompetenz
Gute Kenntnisse im österreichischen Arbeitsrecht
Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Interesse an modernen HR-Themen
Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Veränderungen aktiv mitzugestalten
Proaktive und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit
