- Umsetzung neuer Produktfeatures und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Funktionen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team zur Übersetzung von Anforderungen in technische Lösungen
- Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Systemarchitektur
- Verantwortung für Codequalität, Tests und technische Dokumentation
- Optimierung bestehender Funktionen hinsichtlich Performance, UX und Skalierbarkeit
- Aktive Teilnahme an technischen Entscheidungen und langfristiger Produktplanung
- Nutzung moderner AI-Tools zur Beschleunigung der Entwicklung und Verbesserung des Codes
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Fullstack-Entwicklung mit Node.js, React.js und modernen JavaScript/TypeScript-Stacks
- Erfahrung mit AI-Developer-Tools (z.B. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
- Gute Kenntnisse in Software-Architektur, Clean Code und Testing
- Praktische Erfahrung mit dem Betrieb von cloudbasierten Webanwendungen – idealerweise mit AWS
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und der Wunsch, ein Produkt aktiv mitzugestalten
- Analytisches Denken, Problemlösungskompetenz und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Hands-on-Mentalität, Eigeninitiative und Freude an Teamarbeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Wohnsitz in Berlin oder Bereitschaft, regelmäßig vor Ort zu arbeiten
- Verständnis für GraphQL-APIs sowie relationale Datenbanken (SQL)
