- Du verantwortest unsere Partner-Support-Inbox (Englisch) end-to-end: Anliegen von Partnerunternehmen in den USA, Kanada, Australien und Neuseeland lösen, priorisieren, nachfassen
- Du recherchierst & implementierst neue Akquisemethoden für Partnerfirmen in unseren vier Zielmärkten und gibst dem Gründer und Head of Partnerships Inputs
- Du identifizierst Automatisierungspotenzial in deinen eigenen Arbeitsabläufen und baust die Lösungen mit AI- und No-Code-Tools (Airtable, Make, n8n, Claude etc.) zusammen mit unserem Head of Product. Im Idealfall rationalisierst du Teile deines eigenen Jobs weg und übernimmst dafür Spannenderes
- Du koordinierst intern mit unserem Talentteam, um Probleme unserer Partnerfirmen und unserer Kandidat:innen im Ausland zu lösen
- Du unterstützt den Founder sporadisch bei administrativen und strategischen Aufgaben
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Leadership Team: Regelmässige & direkte Zusammenarbeit mit Samuel Schneider (Founder & CEO); Bruno Mazzini (Head of Partnerships) & Giovanni Grosso (Head of Product) sowie sporadisch mit Deborah Wurster (Head of Talent Management) und Antonia Uhde (Head of Marketing)
