Site operations and security:
- Assist with opening and closing the site, as required
- Monitor site security and report concerns promptly

Grounds and external areas:

Support and service:
- Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests

Records and stock:
- Keep accurate maintenance records, inspection logs and checklists
- Support stock control for tools, materials and supplies
