Project Manager
The Studio
A full-service creative and production studio with a reputation for delivering exceptional work. The team is agile, ambitious and highly collaborative, partnering with leading consumer brands to develop impactful creative solutions, from strategic brand development through to production and delivery.

You'll work closely with senior leadership and alongside specialists in strategy, creative and production in an environment where ideas are valued, challenges are embraced, and everyone is focused on delivering outstanding results.
Based in Hampshire, the team work primarily in the studio with flexibility to work from home when possible.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Project Manager to become the operational heartbeat of the studio, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, profitably and sustainably.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on structure, organisation and problem-solving. You’ll take ownership of project planning, resource management and delivery processes, ensuring the team has what it needs to produce exceptional work without compromising quality, timelines or wellbeing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing schedules, resources and budgets across multiple live projects.
- Overseeing end-to-end project delivery through to completion.
- Monitoring capacity and workload planning across internal teams and external partners.
- Establishing clear communication processes and project reporting.
- Balancing competing priorities while maintaining project momentum.
- Providing accurate guidance on timelines, budgets and resource requirements.
- Building and maintaining a trusted network of freelance and specialist support.
- Identifying risks early and implementing solutions before issues escalate.
- Supporting profitability while protecting team wellbeing and sustainable workloads.
- Collaborating closely with client services, creative and production teams to ensure seamless delivery.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a critical function within the business and play a key role in shaping how projects are delivered as the studio continues to grow.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Will need proven experience managing project delivery, production or operations within a creative, marketing, production or agency environment.
- Has strong project planning, resource management and budget control skills.
- Has exceptional organisational abilities with experience managing multiple projects and shifting priorities simultaneously.
- Is a confident communicator who can provide clear, honest guidance on timelines, capacity and delivery expectations.
- Is process-driven and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
- Can confidently balance commercial objectives with team wellbeing, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and sustainably.
