Künstliche Intelligenz verändert die Softwareentwicklung grundlegend. In dieser Rolle unterstützt du ein etabliertes Finanzunternehmen dabei, KI gezielt, verantwortungsvoll und mit messbarem Mehrwert einzusetzen – mit Fokus auf tragfähige Lösungen, die sich in bestehende Entwicklungsprozesse, Toolchains und regulierte Umgebungen integrieren lassen.
Der Arbeitgeber ist im Finanzumfeld tätig (Brokerage) und war bzw. ist First Mover im Tech-Bereich seiner Branche. Im Zentrum der Rolle steht der Aufbau eines modernen, KI-gestützten Engineering-Ansatzes – insbesondere im Bereich Coding Enablement mit Claude AI. Bereits heute wird Claude u. a. für DevOps-, GitOps- und Workflow-Optimierung eingesetzt; es geht nicht um punktuelle Automatisierung, sondern um die systematische Integration von KI in Entwicklungs-, DevOps- und Geschäftsprozesse.
Die Rolle ist bewusst hybrid angelegt: eine Kombination aus Softwarearchitektur und KI-Development mit starkem Fokus auf praktische Umsetzung, Skalierbarkeit, Orchestrierung und nachhaltige Integration.
Aufgaben
- KI im Engineering etablieren: Weiterentwicklung von KI entlang der gesamten Softwareentwicklung, mit Fokus auf Innovation, praktische Umsetzung, Skalierbarkeit und nachhaltige Integration
- Agentenbasierte Systeme orchestrieren: Konzeption, Aufbau und Steuerung von AI-Agenten sowie deren Zusammenspiel innerhalb komplexer Systemlandschaften
- Use Cases und Architekturen gestalten: Identifikation sinnvoller Einsatzfelder und Entwicklung skalierbarer Architekturansätze
- Prototypen in die Praxis überführen: Überführung von Ideen und PoCs in produktive, stabile Lösungen
- DevOps & Workflows optimieren: Einsatz von KI zur Verbesserung von Entwicklungsprozessen, CI/CD, GitOps und operativen Abläufen
- Technisch gestalten: Entwicklung und Integration moderner KI-Lösungen (LLMs, RAG-Systeme, agentische Architekturen)
- Eigenes Framework weiterentwickeln: Arbeit mit und Ausbau eines bestehenden internen Frameworks für KI-gestützte Entwicklung und Automatisierung
- Qualität und Compliance sicherstellen: Berücksichtigung regulatorischer Anforderungen, Nachvollziehbarkeit, Sicherheit und Testing
Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Softwarearchitektur, komplexen Systemlandschaften (DevOps) und modernen Entwicklungsprozessen
- Praktische Erfahrung im Aufbau und Einsatz von KI-Systemen, insbesondere LLMs und agentenbasierten Ansätzen
- Verständnis für Multi-Agenten-Systeme, Workflows und deren Integration in bestehende Systeme
- Kenntnisse in CI/CD, GitOps und automatisierten Entwicklungsprozessen
- Hands-on-Mentalität: Fähigkeit, Konzepte selbst umzusetzen und produktiv zu bringen
- Analytisches, strukturiertes Denken zur Bewertung von Technologien hinsichtlich Nutzen, Risiken und Skalierbarkeit
- Souveräne Kommunikation mit technischen und fachlichen Stakeholdern
- Erfahrung im regulierten Umfeld (Finanz- oder sicherheitskritischer Kontext) von Vorteil
- Erfahrung mit Scrum von Vorteil
- Deutschkenntnisse mindestens C1 !
