Sous la responsabilité de la Direction Générale et en tant que membre à part entière du Comité de Direction (CODIR), vous piloterez un plateau technique lourd, hautement performant, qui tourne au rythme soutenu d'environ 120 interventions par jour. Vos responsabilités englobent la gestion stratégique, humaine et opérationnelle de 16 salles d'opération, d'une SSPI de 24 postes, ainsi que la supervision des services transverses : la stérilisation, le brancardage et la logistique du bloc. Au-delà du management de vos équipes de terrain, l'un de vos enjeux majeurs réside dans l'art de coordonner, fédérer et réguler l'activité de 60 chirurgiens libéraux, en garantissant l'efficience de l'organisation, la sécurité des soins et l'optimisation des vacations. Compte tenu de l'envergure du plateau technique et des enjeux relationnels avec les praticiens, mon client recherche un(e) manager très expérimenté(e) : infirmier(e) de formation (avec ou sans spécialité IBODE/IADE), vous justifiez impérativement d'une expérience réussie en tant que chef de bloc ou d'adjoint(e) principal(e) au sein d'une très grosse structure (idéalement de plus de 20 salles). Leader affirmé(e), doté(e) d'un excellent sens politique et d'une grande diplomatie, vous excellez dans la gestion des priorités et la conduite du changement. Votre vision macro, votre rigueur de gestionnaire et votre capacité à dialoguer avec des interlocuteurs de haut niveau (Direction, praticiens, cadres) seront vos meilleurs atouts pour pérenniser ce pôle stratégique.
