Estamos buscando un/a camarero/a de sala que, sea detallista, proactivo/a, con gran compromiso por el servicio, dispuesto/a a trabajar en equipo y que más allá de servir, se convierta en el embajador/a de nuestra propuesta gastronómica siendo capaz de transmitir la esencia y calidad de nuestros restaurantes y bares. Qué harás? - Preparar con esmero, las áreas de trabajo, para el servicio, mesas, cubertería, vajilla y cristalería. - Dar la bienvenida y guiar a nuestros clientes, presentándoles nuestra oferta y asistiéndolos en su elección. - Gestionar pedidos garantizando, un servicio ágil y de calidad, desde la toma de nota de las comandas, hasta la entrega de los platos. - Ser el principal contacto con nuestros clientes, velando por su satisfacción y resolviendo o escalando cualquier inquietud. - Colaborar con la jefatura departamental, en la preparación y desarrollo de eventos especiales, en los distintos puntos de venta en Sala. - Gestionar el cobro y cierre de cuentas, así como el orden y stock de insumos en tu área. - Actuar con responsabilidad y compromiso en cuanto a normativas de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales. Requisitos : Siendo imprescindible, que aportes: - Experiencia mínima de 12 meses en funciones similares, preferentemente en hoteles de categoría similar o superior. - Disponibilidad de incorporación inmediata. - Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos organizados previamente (jornada continúa y/o partida). - Valoramos formación relacionada con el puesto.
