Service Assistenz (w/m/x)
- Freundlicher Empfang und professionelle Betreuung unserer Kunden vor Ort, am Telefon und per Mail
- Kassatätigkeiten inkl. Kassenabschluss
- Die proaktive Vermittlung aller Besucheranliegen vor Ort
- Auftragserstellung und Rechnungserstellung
- Reservierungen im Computersystem
- Schadenmanagement/-regulierung
- Reklamationsbearbeitung und Verwaltung von Strafen
- Administrative Aufgaben in Bezug auf die Autovermietung, Postsendungen, Dokumentenablage sowie die Pflege unserer Datenbank
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Lehre oder HTL-Abschluss) bzw. hast erste Berufserfahrung in der KFZ-Branche oder im Kundendienstbereich
- Du bringst bereits 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position mit
- Du bringst eine hohe Kundenorientierung sowie Freude am Aufbau einer langfristigen und funktionierenden Kundenbeziehung mit
- Du legst Wert auf eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit Hands-onMentalität
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch – jede weitere Fremdsprache ist ein Plus
