A well-established organisation based on Auckland's North Shore is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Administration professional to join their team on a temporary basis for approximately four weeks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and can quickly adapt to a busy environment.
Tō tūranga hou | Your new role
- You will provide support across accounts and administration functions, including:
- Processing accounts payable invoices and supplier payments
- Managing accounts receivable, allocations and follow-up of outstanding accounts
- Bank reconciliations and account maintenance
- Processing data accurately within Xero
- Handling customer and supplier enquiries
- General finance administration duties
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and administration roles
- Working knowledge of Xero ERP/accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Immediate availability
