Senior E-Commerce Marketer (Meta, Google, Funnels, KI) | Remote
Wir beraten seit 2022 ambitionierte E-Commerce-Brands beim profitablen Skalieren. Über 500 begleitete Marken, mehr als 40 Mio. € verwaltetes Werbebudget. Jetzt bauen wir ein zweites Standbein: Statt nur zu beraten, übernehmen wir für ausgewählte Kunden die operative Umsetzung komplett. Done-for-you, KI-gestützt, mit klaren Prozessen.
Dafür suchen wir die Person, die das ownt und dabei mehr baut als nur Kunden-Accounts: Du überführst unser Beratungswissen aus 500+ Projekten in KI-basierte Workflows und entwickelst die Standards, mit denen wir die nächsten Jahre arbeiten. Was du baust, wird nicht abgeheftet, sondern wird das Betriebssystem der Firma.
Aufgaben
- Meta- und Google-Ads-Accounts betreuen: Strategie, Video-Briefings, Static-Generation, Reporting, Skalierung
- E-Mail-Marketing aufsetzen und fahren (Klaviyo, Hello Email o.ä.)
- Shop- und Landingpage-Optimierungen koordinieren und umsetzen
- Wiederkehrende Tasks von Kunden mit KI automatisieren
- Pro Kunde sauberes Projektmanagement, den Überblick behalten ohne dass etwas durchrutscht
- Bestandskunden aktiv weiterentwickeln: erkennen, was als Nächstes gebraucht wird, vorschlagen und verkaufen (Cross- und Upsell)
- Unser Beratungswissen in KI-Workflows, SOPs und Videoanleitungen übersetzen. Du baust den Werkzeugkasten, mit dem wir vom Beratungs- ins Umsetzungs-Zeitalter gehen
Qualifikation
- 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer E-Commerce-Agentur oder als Marketer in einer D2C-Brand
- Du weißt aus der Praxis, wie gute Ads, gute Shops, gute Copy und gute Landingpages aussehen und kannst das beurteilen und einfordern, nicht nur ausführen
- Solides Projektmanagement: mehrere Kunden parallel, ohne dass etwas liegen bleibt
- Sicher im direkten Kundenkontakt und mit Gespür fürs Verkaufen. Du erkennst, was ein Kunde als Nächstes braucht, und sprichst es an.
- Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise. Bei uns gibt es kein Micromanagement, dafür volles Vertrauen.
- Echtes Interesse an und Erfahrung mit KI: nicht "schon mal ChatGPT benutzt", sondern richtig Bock, Online-Marketing damit neu und besser zu bauen
