L'agent Expérience-Client à Temps partiel, sous la supervision de son Superviseur Expérience-Client, joue un rôle clé au sein de notre compagnie aérienne, agissant en tant que premier point de contact pour nos clients. Ce professionnel assure une expérience client exceptionnelle en gérant les demandes, en fournissant des informations précises et en résolvant les problèmes avec efficacité.
Principales responsabilités :
- Respect des procédures Expérience-Client;
- Accueillir les passagers à l'aéroport et les assister lors de l'enregistrement;
- Répondre aux questions des clients et fournir des informations détaillées sur les vols et les services;
- Gérer les réservations et les modifications de vol;
- Résoudre les problèmes liés aux bagages et coordonner les réclamations;
- Assurer un suivi après-vol pour garantir la satisfaction du client;
- Collaborer avec les équipes au sol pour résoudre les problèmes opérationnels impactant les clients;
- Préparer la journée à venir;
- Assurer le respect des normes de sécurité et de service à la clientèle.

Qualifications requises :
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou l'équivalent;
- Expérience antérieure dans le service à la clientèle, de préférence dans le secteur de l'aviation;
- Connaissance des procédures d'embarquement et d'enregistrement;
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques liés à la réservation, à la facturation et à la gestion des vols;
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles;
- Capacité à travailler sous pression tout en maintenant un service client de haute qualité;
- Sens du service développé et orientation-client;
- Esprit d'équipe et adaptabilité;
- Résolution efficace des problèmes et prise d'initiative.
