About the role
You’ll play a key part in our operations, ensuring customer orders are loaded accurately, safely, and efficiently. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work and being part of a supportive team.
Key responsibilities
- Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
- Optimise loading areas to improve workflow
- Secure loads correctly to ensure safe transport
- Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely
- Pick and pack shed orders
- Support load scanning and IT initiatives
- Work closely with the Transport Manager, Loading Supervisor, and OH&S team
- Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
- Assist team members as required
- Perform overtime when needed
- Undertake other reasonable duties as directed
Working Arrangement: Monday to Friday 3:30am -11:30am
What We’re Looking For
- Forklift licence (essential)
- Experience loading metal products (highly regarded)
- Confident operating overhead gantry cranes
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Able to lift up to 20kg repetitively
- Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Able to work independently and follow instructions
