Controller:in (40 h/Woche) im Fachbereich Controlling der universitären Drittmittel (100%)
In dieser interessanten Position arbeiten Sie in der Abteilung Budget und Controlling im Fachbereich der universitären Drittmittel
- Planung und Controlling der gesamtuniversitären Drittmittel (§26 und §27)
- Weiterentwicklung des Planungsmodells im Fachbereich Drittmittel
- Ansprechpartner:in für Controllinganfragen im Drittmittelbereich
- Abgeschlossenes einschlägiges Diplom- oder Masterstudium oder kaufmännische Zusatzausbildung über Maturaniveau oder gleichzuhaltende Qualifikation
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Betriebswirtschaft
- Fundierte SAP-Kenntnisse (im Speziellen im Modul CO/PS) sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse im EDV-Bereich (insbesondere in EXCEL)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der universitären Strukturen von Vorteil
- Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Selbstständigkeit und Lösungsorientierung
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Team- und Kooperationsfähigkeit sowie Stressresistenz
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2)

- Für diese Position in Verwendungsgruppe IVa ist ein kollektivvertragliches Mindestentgelt von brutto € 3.450 / Monat (14 mal)* vorgesehen. Ihr tatsächliches Einstiegsgehalt richtet sich nach Ihren Vorerfahrungen und steigt im Laufe der Anstellung.
