Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting finance projects, process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
• Supporting the Group Financial Controller with wider group reporting and finance activities as required
About You

You'll be comfortable working to deadlines, enjoy getting into the detail and take pride in producing accurate, reliable financial information. You'll also be keen to broaden your experience across different areas of finance and contribute to continuous improvement.
Ideally you'll have:
• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification, or be nearing completion
• Experience preparing management accounts
• Strong month-end reporting and balance sheet reconciliation experience
• Experience supporting statutory accounts or external audits would be beneficial
• Exposure to treasury, cashflow or banking activities would be advantageous
• Strong understanding of financial controls and accounting principles
• Strong Excel skills and confidence using finance systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• A proactive and organised approach
• The ability to build positive working relationships across finance and the wider business
• Experience within a multi-entity environment would be advantageous but isn't essential
What You'll Get
You'll be joining a friendly and supportive team where people are encouraged to take ownership, share ideas and continue developing their skills.
This role offers the opportunity to broaden your experience beyond traditional management accounting. Alongside preparing the management accounts for our Group entity, you'll gain exposure to treasury, cashflow management, group reporting and finance projects, helping you develop a well-rounded finance skillset.
If you're looking for your next challenge and enjoy being part of a team that genuinely works together, we'd love to hear from you.
