As the Business Analyst Lead based in Waikato, you'll lead and support a team of Business Analysts while also contributing to business and technology initiatives.
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of Business Analysts.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities
- Support the delivery of technology and business change projects
- Drive best practice, consistency and continuous improvement across the BA function
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements when required

Experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Business Analyst Lead Previous people leadership, coaching or mentoring experience Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Experience working on technology, systems or digital transformation projects Supply chain experience would be highly advantageous, along with exposure to AI-enabled tools and continuous improvement initiatives.
